On July 3, 2024, customers from the four islands of Japan visited our factory and discussed our future great cooperation. High-quality products, services, equipment and technology, and also bright industry development prospects are important reasons to attract customers to visit our company.

Our company, Shenzhen Linx Technology Co., Ltd., was established in 2008. And it is a national high-tech enterprise specializing in the production of various earphones, speakers, and computer peripherals. It integrates research and development design, mold injection , production and sales. It is an innovative technology enterprise and there are 5 subsidiary companies. It has built its own Linx Technology Park and owns different brands such as “LINX”, “Limansheng”, and “Olyre”.

We entertained the Japanese customers with incomparable hospitality. At first, the leader explained our company’s corporate culture, development history, organizational structure, subordinate companies, R&D capacity, after-sales service, as well as domestic and foreign cooperation cases and other information. Passing on our business philosophy to our customers and fully demonstrates the strength of our company.    “Now, let’s go to the workshop.” In the workshop, the machine rumbles and the upsurge. The workers are busy in their respective posts orderly, completing a series of work such as the processing, assembly, and testing of the headphones.

During the visit, accompanied by department heads, client carefully checked every place from raw material procurement, to processing workshop, to assembly workshop, to warehouse and quality inspection center.After visiting, they think highly of our modern production process, strict quality control and various integrated management systems. They said that it is because of our relentless pursuit of product high quality that they have confidence in our products.

Then, we came to the conference room and had an in-depth discussion on the future cooperation. Japanese customers expressed a strong desire for further cooperation and stressed that they would like to have deeper and broader cooperation with LINX. After having a good knowledge of our IQMS (Integrated Quality Management System), clients put forward a lot of valuable suggestions.For example,for reducing defective product rate, they analyzed the reasons with us from the user’s place and put forward suggestions.In addition, the customers had a strong interest in our quality control department from the beginning, and also had a deep understanding of the IQC, QA, IPQC departments, which shows the customer’s requirements for high quality products. At the same time, it also further shows that we have strict control on product quality and always insist on producing high-quality products. In this regard, we feel very honored to get real feedback from customers, so that we can continue to improve.

The visit of Japanese customers, fully demonstrating the production and service strength of our factory, shows the pursuit of high quality by customers. We will continue to pay great attention to product quality, so as to provide customers with better products and services.
