The Huizhou factory, on the other hand, is the "creative hand" that transforms blueprints into high-quality products. The production director of the Huizhou workshop explained: "This year, our greatest achievement was achieving flexible production of multiple varieties and small-batch orders. In the morning, we produce Bluetooth headsets, and in the afternoon, we switch to high-end wired models. The adjustment time for the wiring is controlled within 2 hours." This flexibility enables Lirinxin to serve both e-commerce brands that pursue best-sellers and professional audio companies that demand excellent sound quality in a constantly changing market. 


Eighteen Years of Accumulation: From "Headphones" to "Acoustic Solutions"
Since entering the industry, Linx has witnessed and participated in the entire process of China's headphone industry evolving from an edge component to a global center. In the early days, the production of wired headphones laid the foundation for acoustic structure, cavity design, and quality control management. With the wave of Bluetooth headphones in 2014 and the explosion of TWS in 2019, Li Linxin gradually completed the transformation from OEM (outsourcing) to ODM (design and manufacturing) and then to JDM (joint design and manufacturing). 


2025: Building Resilience Through Challenges
Looking back at 2025, the global electronic consumer market did not fully emerge from the adjustment period. Linx's strategy was to combine "deepening" and "expanding". 
On the one hand, we have been deeply focusing on the manufacturing fundamentals. In terms of environmental protection, the factory has obtained the latest ISO9001 quality management system certification. 
On the other hand, expanding the market and customer boundaries. Besides the stable overseas brand customers, Linx has actively explored the domestic emerging brands, live-streaming e-commerce customization, and corporate gift markets this year, making the customer structure more diverse and healthy. 

 


Looking Ahead to 2026: Connectivity, Intelligence and Sustainability
Standing at a new starting point 18 years later, Linx has a clear vision for the future. 
On the technical front, the company will increase its investment in the research and development of spatial audio, lossless wireless transmission, and healthy hearing management (such as hearing protection reminder functions), and will also engage in in-depth cooperation with local chip design companies in Shenzhen. 
At the manufacturing level, the "Line 2.0" upgrade plan for the Huizhou factory has been put on the agenda. The goal is to build a demonstration workshop with more efficient production. 
"For 18 years, our most valuable asset has not been the equipment, but rather our understanding of 'sound' and a capable team that can handle tough tasks." Tonny, the founder of Linx, looked at the wall full of patent certificates in his office and said with emotion, "From design in Shenzhen, to manufacturing in Huizhou, and then to reaching the ears of users all over the world, this chain of sound will be made shorter, smarter, and warmer." 

 


The bell of midnight is about to ring out the curtain of 2025. For a manufacturing enterprise like Sheng Yue, the passage of time means another round of product iterations and another climb of technological heights.
